The big one just started pulling out hairs from my wig, both of them don’t even work

I agree with your assessment. I didn't have hairs fall out . I just thought they were both ineffective and a waste of money.

Are these brushes compatible with artificial wigs?

Works great on my synthetic fiber wigs! I have not used the teasing brush on them just the paddle brush and it works SO much better for them than a "No tangle" brush made for your real hair with flexible bristles. Very happy with it.

Can I use the brush with heat?

Never used it with heat, but it can probably stand as much heat as the wig can.

Can you use this on long curly wigs? Will It look frizzy if I use it on it??

They would work well on curly hair and it will not make it frizzy. Before you use the brush on curly wigs I suggest using a detangler because the detangler will help with the knots
