Ordered this 4 pack and the 1st 2 were really great and lasted a long time. Unfortunately trying to use the last 2, they are both damaged and won't work. The end tab on one is broken and the other has a piece that was completely busted off in the package.There is NO WAY of contacting this company, and it's way past the original return dates - It's taken my a while to go through the 1st 2 cartridges.****UPDATE****I was finally able to contact the vendor by phone and explain my situation. After a couple of replies, they sent 2 replacements that I received today.

They work well for a fraction of the price.

Price and consistency

I used it for my classroom printer. Ii enabled me to print work for my students.

I buy these cartridges from Amazon often as they are used for a school printer (teacher). I've always had good luck with the cartridges I receive. Name brand cartridges are out of the question because they cost way too much. These particular cartridges have not been the best though. They load just fine and print well. However, I was shocked after a few days when the printer alerted me that it needed a new cartridge. Like, what???? In the past, I have gone for months and months before changing a cartridge. #ThisIsNotGood.

The toner cartridge doesn't fit my printer. When I installed it, it interfered with the roller that pulls the paper into the printer. I took a chance buying a 4 pack for less than half the price of an HP cartridge, thinking that it might run out faster, and I'd still come out ahead because it was less expensive. However, interfering with the function of the printer so it's completely unusable does not make this a deal. I ended up having to run out to the store and purchase an HP83A cartridge to replace it (and as soon as I put the HP cartridge in my HP printer, it magically started feeding paper back through again.)Edit: The seller did offer me a free replacement cartridge to try again. I'm hoping the replacement I received will be a better fit from the original. Seller's customer service people are on the ball.

The product is very good in terms of its price and quality. The only issue is the last time I purchased this item half of the actual toner cartridges were not working. As a result I re-purchased from Amazon this time, compared to buying from them directly. While I have not tried any of these new cartridges yet, I am keeping my fingers crossed that I will definitely be able to use them without any kind of problems or issues
