This is a great iron. I got mine in 2005, and at one point the cord connection broke because i had it at the bottom of a backpack full of textbooks. I rigged it up with a shoelace and it worked for another 5 years. I have really thick greek hair and it did a great job.

No warranty
Product was great but inly lasted a little over 2 years. Since it doesn’t come with a warranty I feel it’s not worth the money

Seller may be bad, but the iron is GREAT!
This is a really great iron. I actually bought mine from a local retailer and I am very happy with it. I love it better than my FHI, also by Beauty Max. The previous reviewer had a problem with the seller, but I would not give this iron one star at all.

DON'T BUY THIS!
Don't buy from beautyink! They sent a cheaper iron than the one we ordered and then ignored us when we tried to return it. We are out $100.
