This is so awesome, I can't believe I've just recently discovered it. It has little ridges inside that help the peeling process. Personally, I cut the ends off my garlic before peeling it, and I still do with this thing.It's not that peeling garlic is difficult, but this makes it a breeze. Don't keep this low cost kitchen gadget from yourself...you've earned it you garlic lover you :)The picture with garlic is before, I forgot to do an after shot, but trust me, it works :)

I really had to work at using this to get the skins off the cloves of garlic. I actually think it's faster to just give the garlic a good old whack with a chef's knife. That works faster for me. Good think it was only $5.00.

One of the most tedious chores in the kitchen if you're cooking with a lot of fresh garlic is to get not just the outer skin, but that sticky inner skin off the garlic cloves. This thing makes it easy! Pop in the garlic, roll it a few times and presto, no more garlic skin. It takes a couple times to get the hang of it and requires a bit more pressure than I initially thought it would but once you have the technique down, it works great! I'm not huge on having every single gadget cluttering up my kitchen, but if you cook with a lot of garlic, this is definitely worth it.

I didn't know what to expect for results with this, but this little thing is brilliant. It takes no time at all to cook with fresh garlic now - pop it in the tube, roll & peel, then pop it in my garlic press.

I love this, I have been looking for a garlic peeler forever and finally decided to go online to find it. Great price and does just what it says it will. Peels your garlic. cleans easily and easy to use.

Works great but could be a little bigger to accommodate larger cloves of garlic.
