The "BUT" is that Windows 10 built-in drivers have some issues. I recommend downloading their drivers, which I haven't done. I guess I worry about spying and there's probably nothing to worry about.The video wasn't anything special, just what it should be. I like that I can focus the lens and it comes with a cheap clear plastic dust cover which I do use.My comments to follow are using Windows 10 stock / built-in driver, not this camera's custom driver which you can download and install. When I first connected my camera I got video and no sound. I really tried every conceivable thing with connections and restarting, etc. to get sound working with the video. No success. Then I was more or less forced to update Windows 10. Now I have sound and no video! I should download their drivers, but I haven't yet.I can see on the PCB there is a space for two microphones that can be soldered on, but only one is soldered on the camera board that I received. Maybe stereo? Folks on the other end of my video conferencing calls say they can hear me perfectly load and clear. So now you know that I use mine as a microphone and that's it. And I'm very happy!
