Is the extract made from fresh flowering tops or dried flowering tops?

Fresh, or was last time I checked with Herb Pharm. I have used it for the past year, and can speak to its efficacy.

Does this product contain alcohol?

Yes, it does. 0.5% of organic alcohol.

Does this product include any ingredients other than alcohol and motherwort? (One of the comments indicates that the forumula has been changed.)

From the back of the bottle: Certified organic alcohol ( 54-64%), distilled water and certified organic motherwort extracted. Gluten-free

The photo doesn't show the certified organic symbol. Are you sure it's certified organic?
