My conure really loves the swinging hammock. It is his favorite thing in the cage (outside of his seed forager). My only cons are that each item came a little bit messed up. The platform was missing one of the washers. No big deal, I can replace that. The "S" shaped climber was missing the middle part of one of the bells. Again, NBD. The hammock's chains are not the same length nor are the inserted into the same spot on each post. This makes the hammock sit askew no matter how you align it on the bars. Also, I wish the chains were longer as my conure loves to sit on the two posts as perches and he does get a fair amount of poop on the hammock. If the chains were longer, I could spread the posts further apart from the hammock and this wouldn't be an issue.

The quality of the four pieces is excellent, but two of them require hardware that was not included in the package. I had to go out and buy washers and wingnuts, and it took two trips because I didn’t realize the wingnuts were metric.If this happens to you, DO buy 1/4”x1” washers and M6 wingnuts (metric).DO NOT buy 1/4” (20) wingnuts.At Home Depot I found the metric wingnuts in a drawer in the specialty section.

I love how simple these toys are. My only complaint is that they are a bit bulky For a parakeet/budgie. I’d love to see these made in a smaller dowel size maybe with more texture

On the perch I cut my finger on a nail that was sticking out. There was also nails used on the swinging perch.The ad says the ladder is 84 inches. It is 8.4 inches long but it is a nice wide one and made well with no nails. The S swing also was well made though the clip that’s used to attach to the cage top is known to be dangerous it easily comes undone and can get caught in the band around a birds leg. I’ve had this happen with this type of clip. Returning because of the two perches that were poorly made with nails.
