Picture looks better than bat is. Was hoping for something a little more professional looking but it's just a turned piece of wood of varying quality. Nice ball though.

Overpriced for what it is, I mean it’s a baseball bat that has a warning not to hit baseballs with it! Would be nicer if you could pick your wood of choice. Going to use it as template and make one on the Lathe.

No one likes to think in these terms, but if you find yourself with an uninvited guest in your home in the middle of the night (or any time, for that matter) having a solid, reassuringly weighty piece of wood in your hand can only bolster your chances of politely asking said person to depart with all due haste.You may not mention it to this person in such terms, of course, but I am confident the uninvited guest will soon see your point of view, given your additional reach this allows you and how wide your smile and eyes become whilst wielding such a cost effective deterrent.PS - I am sure it's pretty good for hitting softballs too.

Nice size and weight to this bat although thicker would be better. It does say for use with softballs only , but whos gonna use it for balls?

Sturdy and strong wood, perfect length. Bought it for protection to keep under my bed. Hopefully i will never have to use it but wanted something like that for peace of mind.
