Lansky quality control needs a lot of work!
Of course the item works and of course it fits the Lansky system, but shame on Lansky for allowing an item to come out like this one did. There were two obvious high points of the strop that were lumpy high and caked in hard glue. Impossible to hone with it like it was. It took a lot of effort and patience to bring this so-called strop to what I would call flat and workable without any high points.

Expensive for what it is
A lot of money for what in hindsite is just a small piece of leather.I purchased this only because of the suggestion that comes up along with the stand for it.I wouldn’t recommend this, just get an old leather belt, glue it to a wooden block and hone the final part on it by hand. Easy 👍🏻

If you want the best razor sharp finish, get this
After getting a Lansky sharpener kit and using it, I found that the blades were sharp but not as sharp as I wanted. When I mentioned it to someone, they said "did you strop it ?"After a bit of research I got the Lansky leather stropper addition and tested it on a newly sharpened pen knife. After stropping I tested it on a bit of paper and the hair on the arm, and it made all the difference.

Absolutely amazing results. Scary sharp
Fantastic item and actually really does work. ALWAYS STROKE AWAY FROM THE BUR I tend to reprofile my blades and stroke both ways, until it's razor then strop and polish to an ultra fine scary sharp edge. Use an angle right for your blade and it's a breeze to touch up and return to hair shaving sharp in just a minute or 2.

Honestly a bit pointless ...
There is nothing wrong with the quality but you would just be much better off finding an old leather belt, loading it with stroping compound and using that. The only possible advantage of this is that it fits the Lansky system which makes it easy to set the grind angle.
