We have had consistently trouble with the yellow ones (they become loose at the phone end), and occasionally with white. The other colors (blue, purple, pink, red, green, orange) no problem at all. I have no idea why there would be a difference. Different shop making them? The 5 star rating is for all those other colors. Durable, firm, and easy to roll up and stash.

ProsIt looks great and it does tangle which is great.ConsEvery time I plug this USB to my laptop to connect my phone with my PC, the folder that shows that it is connect shows up and then disappears every single second after that. Basically I have to put the wire in a specific position for that not to happen. VERY ANNOYING.Sometimes, my computer does not recognize the USB. I wish I could insert some kind of picture for you to see.If you want to buy this for its look go for it, otherwise, please go to a local store and buy a more expensive USB cable charger.

Seems like these cords are hit or miss. I bought two, one for my car's USB port and the other for my laptop so I wouldn't have to keep pulling out my stock cord from the wall two rooms away. The one in the car, which I plugged into so it could play my music on the phone and charge it, is holding up fine. The one I kept in the house, is not. The contacts in the cord already got damaged, so I would have to push the cord itself a certain way to get it to charge my phone and when I move my finger, it dies. Needless to say, I chucked it and I am using my old blackberry USB cord to connect to the laptop now.

Love the color choices, however these pretty USB cords do not last very long. They have always ended up not working after awhile on me. This one was no exception and stopped working after a couple of months.

Nice and durable cord, not like some other phone brands where it breaks off under the plug (you all know what I'm talking about). This is my travel one so it gets moved around a lot between my work bag and my car and I really like it. Different colors to choose from. Good quality. As a bonus it matches my phone case so all you other coordinated people will have plenty of options to choose from.

I bought this item and thought the longer cord was perfect. That is until as my phone was charging, the part that plugs into my phone started to melt and burn. I noticed it by the smell. I have contacted the company and did not get any response back. My phone now has a burnt part on the outside casing that is also warped due to the melting/heat. Now, many chargers, regardless of cost, do not connect to my phone and will not charge. These same chargers work on other phones. I have found one charger that will charge my phone, however I have to hold it at an angle and not let it move. It will still go in and out of connectivity. I am not able to upgrade for another year (next September) and cannot afford to buy a comparable phone. I am hoping it lasts until either of those things can happen. Do not buy this cord from these people who do not care how faulty their product is!!!

This charger totally blows my Samsung charger out of the water! First off, it arrived quickly, secondly, the product fits my phone perfectly! I am able to use this charger with one of my phone cases that my previous charger could not fit with. This charger works really well. Also, I am a pink addict so to get this charger in pink AND it works to perfection was a major PLUS :D

The flat tangle cords are 100% better than the regular cord. My otherOrder one you will love it. cord was frayed due to the twisting of charging the phone and all. I will order these for all my electronic items.If you need a usb cord this is the right one for you. They come in all sort of colors and are really durable and strong.
