I really like the design of a larger, flat base to place a mug on. My previous warmer had a smaller diameter ring and wouldn't hold many of my mugs, this model allows me to use all of them. Only been using it for a day, so far it is easy to use and keeps my coffee quite warm. I'm very pleased with the design and operation as well.

This warmer is hot. The problem is that the timer that is suppose to shut it off (after 8 hours since you last hit the button) does not work. That was the whole reason I bought it, and now it's basically a manual on/off warmer. The warming section is also very small.

Bought this product to use as a candle warmer/wax melter for candles that the wick will no longer light. (like to get the most out of my candles) However, when I received the item it did not work.. AT ALL. did not even begin to warm up on either setting. Rating two stars because I liked the sleek design and return process was super easy. They are sending me a replacement that hopefully gets hot!** Received a brand new warmer within two days, and it works great!!**

The media could not be loaded. The highest temperature this reaches is 270 degrees Fahrenheit, way below the advertised temperature. Also the temperature is very inconsistent across the top. Video taken after warmer had been on a few hours. I like it but wanted something hotter than my old Mr Coffee desktop warmer.

The size is very fit for regular glass and mug. Not spend too long to heat a glass of milk. Also, not spend too much space to keep it. Until now, it's safe to heat a mug or a glass cup as long as never touch the surface when it works. A very good tool.

So I wanted this for a long time but I read so many bad reviews so I wasn't sure of it. However, after using for several days, I liked it. It does keep my coffee warm. I tend to drink my coffee throughout the morning so it always got cold. It does not make it hot. It keeps luckwarm which is better since it makes me feel safer. Also the surfaces get hot but not too hot to burn you bad. I don't know if it shuts off automatically after awhile because I never had it on for that long.

Amazon needs to test every product like this that could start a fire or cause burns to me, my family members or pets. In the heading of this product it clearly states “ Electric Auto Shut Off” as part of the description. The last bullet point states, “ Safe & Easy to Use”.They couldn’t even get that short sentence correct as they put two ampersand symbols between the words “Safe - - Easy!Even though it try’s to convey the instructions as to how turn this on and off, it still had the statement that it was an AUTO OFF warmer which was the most important feature for me and I would guess the vast majority of users of this kind of product!

Brought two and one was cracked and the other was MIA. Seller send a new replacement. It works and kept the coffee mug warm very well.
