You have to remove the plastic and make sure you have a good shaprpener!

Q: Can you use the lip liners on your eyes also?

I watched a Makeup Geek class and Marlena says if its makeup, you can use it anyway you want. It is exceptional quality. But my personal fav for brought colors on my eyes is using all my bright lipsticks, applied with a synthetic brush, tip and video by Marlena Stell is on youtube. Really saves money, double duty on the lipsticks, and everything. I am very careful with what I put on my eyes. For ex. My lipsticks have to be run thru cosmeticsdatabase before I buy, so the ingredients are not considered toxic. This hot pink pencil is in my makeup, it is gorgeous, so, I am keeping it for my lipliner, and if I need pink on my eyes, I’m gonna use my lipsticks, applied with a nice eye makeup brush, the put a pretty pink eyeshadow atop that, blend any smudges with my pinky finger.
