Great!
I have used different belts through the years, and this one is my favorite by far. It's comfortable without getting sweaty and sticky , even when I was working in humid weather. I really recommend this!

WAYYYYYYY TOO BIG AND BULKY AT THE TOP ONCE YOU GET IT ON AND ONCE IT IS WRAPPED AROUND YOU!! IT SHOULD FIT MORE FIRMLY AND TIGHTER BUT IT DOES NOT. IT'S GIGANTIC PERIOD!! THE WIDENESS OF IT IS A GREAT IDEA, IT IS ALSO NICE AND HAS A WIDE SIZE BUT IT'S MADE TOO TOO BIG AND DOES NOT FIT SNUG ENOUGH TO ENSURE A TIGHT FIT WHEN YOU ARE WEARING IT. THE SELLER SHOULD TRY IT ON AND I AM SURE THEY WILL KNOW WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT!! ** VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!! **

excellent, true to size
I got it because the sauna pants that I use the back is low, so I wanted to cover that area especially when I do squats, it works! and it is much, more it covers to the top of your stomach almost under your breast area, I use it under the sauna blouse, it is comfortable you don't know is there. The only thing is that I already will be needing to buy a smaller one, maybe if the velcro is wider it would last longer. But it is a good product, at a good price. I don't worry too much about covering the lower part of my stomach because I just care for when I squat in my sauna pants the pants cover whatever part of my core I need extra. It dries very quick and it is ready for the next day.

Great for a small amount of heat.
Works great! But not super supportive. Also is really large feeling! Goes from my hip bones to right under my boobs! Around the waist you can adjust by the size you order...the rest? If you have a small middle you will wear it all!

Love how large this belt is!
I love this belt because it’s one of the wisest ones on the market! It does tend to fold after months of use and washing though! I am sure you are not supposed to put it in the washer and dryer but I feel I need to by how sweaty it is!!! It still works great if it starts to roll then turn it upside down.

Comfortable
Been looking for a sauna waist belt that was long and this one is perfect and comfortable. Makes me sweat a lot and I can wear it all day because of how comfortable it is.
