Was simply stunned it could have been me writing this book! Every step every stage every secret being kept is me.. except me being addicted for 32 years thanks to my GP .. I went to see him when I was getting headaches when I was pregnant and hadn't taken any pain relief as I didn't know if I could? Oh he said take these you can take them with no side effects!!!!Now here I am trying and failing to stop. This book is amazing very honest and has truly humbled me..I will do everything I can now to achieve the goal the writer did...

This an addiction to the over the counter Co codamol. 12 years? If he thinks this was a problem then he's got no idea whatsoever. It sounds like a made up story. Feel sorry for me, blah blah. 12 years on the lowest codeine over the counter? Is not an addiction that will impact your life. Waste of money buying this book. It's ridiculous.
