I think it should be known that this is not a workout alternative, but it more so helps you stay toned on days when you can’t make it to the gym.The stimulator has 6 different settings. The first one didn’t do much for me and was rather hard to feel, but the 6th setting was overbearing.

A personal trainer recommended this product, so I thought I would give it a try. It is easy to attach and stays in place. I was easily able to adjust the intensity so that I could feel it. Used while doing normal an routine and could feel a difference the next day. Will continue to use to see if makes visible results, but it already makes me feel like the workout is more worthwhile!
