Works very well for keeping both my natural lashes and my lash extensions clean between fills or sets. It's also cheaper than the shampoo offered by my lash tech, which I like. Haven't experienced any pain, burning or skin irritation while using this product, so that's a good thing. Also I don't tend to lose lashes when using this product. Maybe 1 strand once every 3 uses, but that's really it. It's gentle enough that you could use it daily, but I only use it about every other day since I don't really wear makeup. If you wear makeup often or even everyday, you'll want to use this daily after removing any makeup. Comes with a shampoo applicator brush as well as a lash brush. A little goes a long way; I only use a single pump each for left and right side.In addition to keeping my lashes clean, I also find that it helps with cleaning away that eye crust I tend to get in the mornings after a deep sleep lol. So it really does work to cleanse your lashes as well as the area around them.Def recommend this product and plan to purchase again once I'm running low. I've had my current bottle since beginning of March and still have a LOT left over approaching the end of April.

I used this shampoo when I had lash extensions and it made my lashes feel so clean and fluffy. It never bothered my eyes and kept my lashes healthy. I have used other lash shampoos in the past but those made my lashes fall out. This product has lasted for awhile now, it is easy to use, and is very satisfying with the foam top.

I frequently get my eyelashes done, and it is extremely important to clean them every day. Many people think that by getting them wet it lessens the life span of the extensions, but it actually helps them stay longer (I thought this in the beginning). A little goes a long way with this lash cleaner, and it is extremely gentle. It foams up really nicely when using, and you do not need much at all. I haven't had any bad reaction on my skin from using it- no irritation or redness. The eyelash cleaner doesn't burn and does not have any unwelcoming fragrance to it. I also really like the brush it came with as well and it is soft and kind on your eyes and lashes. You probably could use any brush you wanted as long as it is soft and small. I don't even think you need eyelash extensions to use this product, as you can use it just to clean your natural lashes.

This was recommended to me from my lash tech, she said it is the best cleaner for lash extensions, so I had to try it out.Set comes with the soap, comes out in a foam form, a little plastic spoolie, and a thick/dense brush for washing the lashes. The soap itself isn't irritable, I actually found it quite gentle and soothing on my eyes. For a month's retention of lash extensions, I still have over half the amount of soap left, given the fact that I washed my lashes every night.The only complaint I have is the coating of the brush, the paint started to flake off, even when I dried it, but I think somehow it still got wet, causing the paint to break off. I honestly just peeled off all of the paint and it works fine.But great lash wash, especially for someone who got their lashes done for the first time!

Overall, this is a great product, but this isn't the cheapest price though. You can find a better deal elsewhere, but at the time I didn't know and bought it from here. I use this to clean my lashes and eyebrows. I've used this for months now and this product will last you some time. I have to use this daily on my lashes and eyelids because my eyelids get oily easily because of hormones and stress. It did seem to clean well and made my lashes/eyebrows healthier, but if you do through insomnia it won't prevent them from falling out though. If I didn't use this, I would have more fallouts. The brush that came with it had a wooden handle and didn't look like the picture in the advertisement. It was tan wooden handle. The bristles are soft, but the wood will have a crack if it gets wet over time. I have sensitive eyes and this product I had no problem with. It has no scent too.
