I got this product to replace one of my old devices that broke due to heavy use.When I got this, I was instantly surprised at how light and flexible.I immediately tried it on and connected it to test the sound quality.I was told it was crystal clear and that my friends could hear me so much better than my last bluetooth device I was using.The battery life can normal get me through two days of moderate use without a charge which is awesome because I forget to charge my devices. Additionally, the sound is great and sounds just as clear as my gaming headphones.The only con I've experienced with this is the earbuds take a little strength to pull out from the holder. However, the quick retract buttons work great.Personal preference towards the tug-to-retract the earbuds over the buttons-to-retract, but it's not anything that would make me avoid getting these again.Thanks for reading!

This headset is a very good alternative to the much more expensive LG Tones. In the past I’ve had the Tones and they didn’t last nearly as long as I’d expect for a relatively expensive headset.I’m not sure I can tell the difference in sound quality. While the build quality is maybe slighlty inferior to the LG Tones, at less than ⅓ the price, it is a more than reasonable tradeoff. Since both the LGs and these have *very* thin wires holding the earpieces, I don’t expect them to last forever. But for that reason it makes a lot more sense to go with a more affordable option like this. Nonretractable headsets may be slightly more durable, but the wires hang out of the sides of my collar. I highly recommend this model.

I love these. Previously I had wireless ear buds and had an issue with taking them out to listen to someone talk and misplacing them. I like the ability to keep them close.Pulling them out from the headset feels like your going to break it but I've put them in and out 100s of times and they are still good. I like the retractable feature, its easy.The description boasts 12 hours music play time however and I get less then 6 hours of play time at work before they need to be charged. I shut them down for my breaks and still cant make it through a shift! That I am not happy with at all. I was trying not to have to carry chargers and fight to find an outlit in the warehouse to charge everything.Range is pretty darn good. I work in a manufacturing warehouse and can get pretty far away before I have issues. The only thing that makes it iffy is one of my housing dumps makes it choppy sometimes. However that's a huge metal dump, with a mass amount of metal in it, that I'm dumping into a metal bin and it's all happening between me and the phone. Even then, it doesnt happen all the time and it isnt to bad. I can run circles around my machine and it stays connected with no issue which is great!Overall, not bad for the price. I'm not regretting my purchase. I'm just not 100% thrilled either due to poor battery life. All in all, I'd recommend!Update: Subtracting a star because within 3 months the wire that you pull to extend the ear phone wore thin and snapped. I havent over extended it. It is just thin and flimsy.

While far from a costly investment, this bluetooth headset is surprisingly good and offers some nice features. I've only been using it for two days (and I PROMISE I will update this after I've been using it for a couple of months and a couple of trips so you can know how it holds up over time and functions while traveling), but so far I'm impressed. The sound quality is very good on both phone calls and listening to music or podcasts/audiobooks, although true audio-snobs may not be impressed. On phone calls, the person I speak with tells me I sound good and clear, although the mic does pick up some background noise (for example if I'm typing while on a call) so I use the mute function on my phone if I'm working while on a conference call, and just unmute myself (and stop typing) if it's my turn to speak.The one thing BLUENIN could do better is with the product documentation, it comes with a small user manual with VERY tiny print that explains the various buttons etc, but it does not explain why the headset occasionally makes a brief beep/vibration combo as if it's indicating something, but I don't know what it's trying to tell me.... the manual says it will vibrate to indicate a 2nd incoming call while you're on a call, but on the occasions that it does this there is no 2nd incoming call, and the battery light indicator is still showing the color for a full charge, so it's a mystery. It would be nice if the manual had a section on what the various beep/vibrate indicators mean.Pros:- very good sound quality on both earpieces and mic;- very lightweight, easy to wear and use;- buttons are well placed for easy reach;- pairs easily and quickly;- battery life seems excellent - it came with a full charge and after using for multiple lengthy conference calls over two days it still has a 'medium' charge;Cons:- no background noise dampening on the mic;- unexplained beep/vibration communications;I bought this primarily for traveling as I wanted something lightweight, easy to wear, and with an in-ear earpiece for watching movies on an airplane (very noisy environment), so I'll update my review after I've used it on a couple of upcoming trips, but overall I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone or give it as a gift.
