Is the opening on the 2 ounce large enough to dip a Q-Tip in it?

The opening in the 2 oz. spout is about 0.03125" in diameter. A Q-Tip is about 0.344" in diameter. So no, you cannot insert a Q-Tip. Why would you want to? Why not simply squeeze a drop onto a Q-Tip?

If this leaks out of my ears at night, will it stain my pillowcase?

No, but I would put a soft rag or piece of cloth over my pillowcase just in case. Also, when you put the medication in your ear after a short while wipe off any excess with a napkin. There is hardly any drip off alter applying. Hope this helps.

Is this the same as the .5 oz. ProEar for dry, irritated, itching ears?

Yes it comes in 2 oz and .5 oz. I find it has a shelf life, so my first 2 oz bottle got a funny smell after a year or so. My second one many years later I used for cuticle oil too, so using much faster.

What is the difference between miracell for ears & miracell for skin relief? i called but both seem to have the same ingredients...???

I have only used the miracell for the ears but my personal opinion is they are both the same and do the same thing. I have used the one for the ears on tons of cuts and burns on the body and it works great
