Great game, too bad the box came damaged.
The game is great. As a solo gamer I must say this one is easy to learn and great to play and master, but regretfully my copy came in a box that was damaged in one corner, maybe it was due to the packaging or maybe it was like that since the warehouse, I do not know, but I will not that affect my rating of such a great game.I will not deny that the damaged box really put me off, but once opened I was happily surprised with an incredible game.

Fast, resource mgmt euro game
We have many of Mr. Rosenberg's games, and this is a keeper for sure. Fairly easy to setup, and a 3-player game can be completed in 45 minutes.

Fun game about fish.
I love Uwe Rosenbergs games. Nusfjord is a very easy 1p-2p game. Very little setup and if you’ve played some of his other works, the rules to this game are very straightforward. Deploy a worker, take the action, rinse and repeat.I mainly play this solo, and the mechanics are like solo for A Feast For Odin, where you play two colors alternating rounds, blocking yourself. Very fun and very quick. This is the easiest and quickest solo game to play, in terms of setup, play and breakdown time. There are endless strategies to this game, due to the fact that there are a multitude of cards, always giving you access to a new card combo.Downside for me is that since I mainly play 1p-2p, I do not see all of the possible cards, thus limiting the combos that can be made. It’s mainly the elder cards. You only see 6 in a 1p-2p game, whereas you can see up to 12+ in a 5P game.

Great solo experience
This is my first Uwe game and I really enjoy it. Beat your own score in 30 minute game time. Components are excellent (love those fish) and it has a well-done solo mode that offers medium and hard difficulty levels. Only complaint would be the cardboard coin tokens are very small. The company recognized that complaint and now includes metal coins with expansion decks.

Another Uwe winner
Hesitated on this one for a while, but glad I finally pulled the trigger.

One of our favorites
We play a lot of games and constantly come back to this one. It has withstood the test of time on our shelves and still brings the same enjoyment on the twentieth play as the first. Family friendly, too. We were able to play it easily with a younger gamer.
