The items probably would have been fine. There was some sort of toxic acidic substance that was spilled on to the packaging. When I opened this, I took the items out of the plastic package and my hands felt weird. All of a sudden, my hands started to burn and I was washed them immediately. Then a spot on my foot started to burn. It was too late after washing that, whatever it was on there had started to burn a lesion on to my foot. I called Amazon and they refunded the order. But how scary? What if children had opened this? Ordering from Amazon, I expect safe items. This is unacceptable.

My kid is over the moon with these accessories we bought for "Neon Day" at school. The package had a bit of a funky chemical smell when we opened it but it aired out pretty quickly. Everything else is cheap but pretty well made for costume accessories. The skirt is a bit long - comes down to her knees, but it's made for an adult so that makes sense.

Got this for Halloween- was impressed at the wig that came with the package, it was silky & free flowing. Got tons of compliments on it! Skirt was not the most attractive looking - tended to look bulky, and there is no lining underneath, so I added a black slip to wear underneath it, which didn’t help with the bulky look I’m sure. But all in all it was a fun look, and not bad considering all you got in a package.

Overall this item is great for the price. The only criticism is that the skirt is a little tight. The colors are exactly as pictured & worked great for my costume

Quality matched price and worked great for themed party. Earrings are made of lightweight wood (?) Or thick card stock. They broke on first wearing but overall worth the purchase to pull off the 80's look

Got this for my 10 year old daughter for 80s day at school. She loved it and looked adorable! It’s more for adults but she rocked it anyway

It's pretty. It's not as full as I hoped. But the biggest let down is the size. I followed the instructions and read the reviews, but this is too small to work. Order at LEAST 1 size bigger, probably 2 for comfort.

It was okay, the price was a bit much for the material the stuff is made out of. But it was only for a day so I say it was a good but.
