I absolutely love this cologne. The description says it has "notes of bourbon and oak." Honestly, what does that even mean? Am I supposed to smell like a distillery or a lumberyard? But whatever the marketing department did to blend this stuff, it actually works. It has a fantastic, distinctly manly aroma that strikes a perfect balance—it lets people know you're in the room without choking them out. A little goes a long way, and I am seriously impressed by how long-lasting the fragrance is throughout the day. It’s a bit on the expensive side for a drugstore brand, but given the premium quality and the fact that it actually holds up, it is absolutely worth it. This one is staying in my regular rotation.

These colognes off unmatched value, but they aren't perfect. They do NOT sit well on the skin, and reading other reviews I think that's the big difference between people claiming it lasts a long time and those that say it doesn't last at all. I noticed that when you wear this on the skin, any of the scents, they evaporate like crazy and is gone in an hour or two. But when you put it on your clothes, it actually lasts a really long time, easily all day and you can smell it the next day on your clothes as well (although it wont project much the next day). The scent, on my skin at least, is truly offensive, even to myself. As mentioned previously, it evaporates so quickly that you get that overpowering cheap cologne smell when applied to the skin. Contrast that to putting it on your clothes and the scent is actually incredibly smooth and delicious. It smells expensive and sophisticated. When applied to my shirt collar or sleeve cuffs, I find myself constantly putting my nose down to get a whiff. I will do this over and over throughout the day, it is intoxicating. Especially the Bourbon and Oak scent is just incredible on the clothes, but I find myself gagging and suffocating on the same scent when applied to my skin. The sprayer on this bottle is too big, it sprays a very wide cone and way too much volume. I get it, if we spray more out we will go through the bottle faster and re-buy it again, but I'd prefer a reduction in bottle size with a smaller volume sprayer personally. It is just too much with each spray. It also sprays really wide. Getting it on the collar is really hard unless you hold it right above the fabric. Even 4-5 inches away and you are spraying your whole chest. Now each scent: Spices and Black Vanilla: This is clearly meant to be a spicebomb dupe and it does a good job. Its richer in vanilla, but still has the smokiness to it, which I love. Overall I would describe it as sweet and spicy with a trailing note of smoke which will mostly be noticeable to those leaning in to you. It smells sophisticated and masculine, but not like you are trying too hard. Bourbon & Oak: I love this scent, it is my favorite (as long as it is on clothes, i can't stand it on my skin). It is mostly wood and smoke. The bourbon scent is there, but its in the back and its faint. The smoke is Traeger grill type smoke, not cigar smoke. This is a date night scent for sure. Girls will bury their face wherever you spray this (neck for me). This one doesn't project very far, so they will need to lean in to smell it, but again for date night I think that's what makes this good. Its overwhelmingly delightful for those that get close. Overall - I give the scents a 4/5. I give the value a 5/5. The projection is a 3/5. The longevity is a 3/5. The packaging is a 4/5 (loses a point for the high volume sprayer). I'm averaging it all out to 4/5 overall. I think this is a good Saturday morning/afternoon cologne or to spray on workout clothes or something. I would wear it to school or the office as well. For date night or special occasions I would probably splurge for something else. But i am not disappointed with this purchase and will probably try a few other scents. Yes its imperfect, but you can't beat the value for the price.

I'm a 79 year old senior citizen and I've been looking for a cologne that is not overpowering and has a nice suttle smell and this one fits the bill. My wife loves it and I plan on making this my daily cologne.

Do you want to smell like a badass? Do you want to be the elephant in the room and have every man and women ask you what cologne you are wearing? Do you want to spray yourself 3-4 times and have it stay on your body more than 24 hours!!!! yeah this is the cologne for you. Example... Last night i had a party at my friends place *it was a distraction from me being recently divorced* and we all had a couple bottles of vodka being passed around. The women at this party were ALL over me and every guy was cheering me on ( i am not making this up) After a couple of hours pass, i found myself in bed in between 2 of the hottest women at the party! When i woke up i noticed that my shirt and pants were on the floor...along with my phone on the opposite side of the room as well but that isn't the point. THIS COLOGNE WILL WOO ALL THE WOMEN TO YOU. SOMETHING ABOUT IT MAKES THEM GO CRAZY!!!! Also did i mention that my last bottle lasted me 8+ months?? You read that right... EIGHT MONTHS. 3-4 sprays goes a LONG WAY and even for me is a bit excessive. For best results, do the following 1. One full spray on your left wrist (just below the palm) 2. Rub vigorously into skin and let it air dry into your pores 3. Take another full spray and apply it directly on the middle of your neck. Use your fingers to apply the surface area of your neck (you can be generous and add 2 if you wish but i find that one does the trick) 4. Take another spray and apply to your clothes (this is critical if you want this to be long lasting!) I will post a picture with the ladies all over me in due time but for now beleive me when i say this...this is better than your casual "Obsession" that your father or uncle wears on his bbq grill party while putting on the Astros baseball game. JUST BUY IT ALREADY!!!!!!

I'm only able to leave the review on one item, but I bought a bunch on sale (don't pay full price) so here goes: Vintage Suede: 1/5 stars - Screechy, headache-inducing synthetic leather. I tried to like it because I got a compliment, but every whiff makes me mad. Two sprays is two too many - it is potent. Longevity is infuriatingly long. Blue Cedar and Cypress: 2/5 stars - I tried to like this, don't mind it. It's barely-there vaguely piney, like an air conditioned hotel room. Not my jam. Bourbon & Oak: 2.5/5 stars: Super basic, super okay daily driver - you could do worse. Palo Santo: 3/5 stars: Good shower gel type scent, fresh and slightly woody. Enjoyable right out of the shower. Might last a whole hour. Black Spice & Vanilla: 4/5 stars: Like they recreated Spicebomb from memory. Bathe in it to get compliments all fall/winter. 3-4 hour longevity. Italian Bergamot: 4.5/5 stars: Lime rind dries down into citrus, grasses and woods. The most complex of the bunch, lasts a surprising 3-4 hours. I wear it for me - zero compliments so far, but also zero complaints.

I already owned one of the Colognes by Cremo and loved it, i also owned the body wash which smells amazing!!!! This scent Bourbon & Oak smells really great. It has a musky, fresh, sweet smell to it. I'd wear this everyday

Spice & Black Vanilla is very reminiscent of Viktor & Rolf Spicebomb Extreme and is hugely popular. It’s a projection, sillage, and longevity beast. However, it can be overly cloying and sickly sweet. It feels like a younger man’s club scent to me - the kind that can cut through the smoke, sweat, and stale beer - think JPG LeMale or Versace Eros. It’s quite good, but I wouldn’t describe it as, “classy”. I prefer the original Spicebomb to Spicebomb Extreme (or Cremo Spice & Black Vanilla). Bourbon & Oak, however, exudes sophistication, elegance, style, and class. It’s very reminiscent of Carolina Herrera CH Men Prive. It opens with a boozy creaminess that has slight hints of mint and citrus. Then dries down to a heavenly base of leather, lavender, and tonka bean sweetness and spice, with just enough hint of pepper from the sage to make it well rounded and balanced. It’s just enough of everything, without being too much of anything. If you’re 40+, do yourself a favor and grab Bourbon & Oak before Spice & Black Vanilla. You’ll be glad you did, and so will those around you!

I’ve always cared about smelling clean and fresh, but cologne was never really part of my everyday routine. I really liked the scent of the Cremo Bourbon & Oak body wash, and my wife did too, so I decided to try the matching cologne. I’m glad I did. It keeps that fresh-out-of-the-shower smell going for hours without being overpowering. I’ve even gotten a few compliments on it from other people, but we’ll keep that part between us.
