There is not clear instruction how it is working. I spend more than 5 hours to set it up still doesn't work properly and is not what they explain in amazon.I am not happy at all with this products.

Difficult to set up and requires a sim but works well.onve you get it going

Makes me take two stars off from the get-go. Sorry. It's not much effort for a manufacturer to pay a little extra to have native English speaker check the manual before mass producing the item. Shakes my confidence. Just opened the box. I'll update my review if I change my mind.

I've used this product for over a year. Setup is fine if you follow the instructions carefully. The location is accurate when a GPS signal is available. It goes into LBS mode when GPS is not available and that is not much use. It gets a GPS signal 99% of the time. Needs charging around every 4 weeks. Sends you a low battery warning by text to alert you. The app could really do with updating as it is very basic, but works. It keeps a history of where your car has been each day and you can actually watch the route it takes on a map. You can record audio (though I haven't yet tried this). You can set a parameter for the device to notify you if the car leaves a certain area. It also stored daily mileage stats. It gives peace of mind and does what it is designed for, just the app could do with a few tweaks.

Worked acceptably at first but now after a couple of months is totally dead. I know Im not doing anything wrong, just the same as when it was working. We buy these things to depend on but cant depend on this one. Total waste of money.

First note: this did not work with the 3 network! However, with a cheap giffgaff card or an o2 one then it is perfect.Can be located by sending it a text or downloading an app. The customer support for this was insanely helpful as well. We are using it to track my grandfather because he has dementia and it works like a charm.

The tracker looks well made but does not work and the instructions are terrible.I looked at the questions and answers and it stated that a Three Network SIM card would work butdoesn't, I contacted the manufacturer and received a short reply stating use a Vodaphone contract card.When I took the SIM card and put it back into a phone all the text messages I had sent to the tracker appeared.
