So maybe I didn’t have the purest thoughts when I purchased this. It works great for all the adult stuff you’re trying to accomplish. I would recommend some sturdy hooks to hang it from and I added two large heavy duty clips at the end.

I work in yoga studio for more than 3 years. The time came to upgrade our yoga trapezes. I ordered a few sets from different sellers. It was a small tender and in my opinion, Yoga4You proposes the best quality product for this price. The material is nice parachute silk nylon, it feels really good and comfortable during exercising - it does not "cut" into the body. Stitches are well-done, handles are soft and strong, the plastic they are made of is different from the one we have - it looks more strong. I like the color and design itself - for yoga studio, it is quite important. I would recommend this yoga trapeze for studio and home usage.

I usually don't like to write any reviews, but this time I want to share my experience. I have specific problems with my back - I visit a chiropractor regularly. My friend advised me Yogabody yoga trapeze. I picked a chipper option to try. And I do not regret about any penny spent on it!It was easy to install, even I understood how to deal with it. Firstly I was afraid if this device really can hold me up - as I'm not super fit. I checked all stitches twice and put my husband in it to check material quality. I was satisfied with the result. I slowly started to exercise with help of my friend. You need to be very careful at the beginning before you get used to yoga trapeze. Some positions are not comfortable - but It is only matter of time. Now I can do inverted exercises and swift movements by myself. It's amazing! It really works! I was very skeptical about all this - but the result speaks for itself. Regular workout using yoga swing brings me so huge relieve to my back! It seems that I am losing my weight as well:) I 100% recommend this product.Your back will thank you!

I wish I would have bought this sooner! It is a great product - I love it! I've mounted it on the chin-up bar and started to experiment. It is so much fun!!! I can do stretching, inversion and just relax! Waiting when my boyfriend will mount my yoga trapeze to the ceiling and I will fully enjoy this wonderful tool. Great service and product!

I find this yoga trapeze very useful for exercising. I'm not a yogi with years of practice, just trying to stay in shape. I have an all-day-sitting-job and it's a great relief to exercise after work, especially for my back. Also, I love that it has extension straps and the overall quality is great too!

I used to exercise aerial yoga in a studio to get back in shape. And finally, I got my own yoga trapeze! I like it more than the ones we had in a studio. As for me, the fabric is softer, the quality in common is better, carabiners are not so sharp and it looks stylish. And these daisy chains are really great!I like to use it for stretching, inverted exercises and relaxing at the end of my usual morning run. It is also really easy to take it anywhere (I like to train in the park) using the pouch.Well worth the money!

Item arrived quickly and as described.Look and feel is very nice. My only complaint is that my fat a55 can't do some of the positions without breaking a sweat and grunting like a moose. .

This swing was quick to setup, it came with instruction on how to set it up. I attach this swing on trees and it works perfectly for me. The material itself was durable and nice which made the swing light so I have no problem carrying it in the travel bag that also came with it. With the instruction came a couple of poses suggestions they worked great for me and doing this few times a week already helped me reduce some of the pressure and my lower back pain. Obsessed with this swing!
