Purchased this for wife and the necklace broke after 2 weeks where the chain meets the letter.Selling company wanted $50 and shipping to fix it instead of just replacing it. Upon closer inspection some of the other chains aren’t connected well either.

This company does not stand behind its products. It is so poorly made. I would guess that they are taking the Made in China stick off their products and calling them Made in the USA, then charge as if it is a fine piece of jewelry. Read other reviews and you will see this trend.

They keep on repairing it, it keeps on breaking! The brand refuses to refund me. Their products are poor quality made and defective!
