I received my cane today and it is missing a rubber tip. How would I have that replaced?

My mother lost one of the tips on her brand new cane, should we return the whole cane to amazon or will you just send a tip?

The cane has collapsed several times. The height adj button does not come out very far. How far should it come out? Do we have a defective cane?

if you adjusted the height..you have to make sure the hole is exactly over the pin that comes out...push pin back in all the way and wiggle the cane up, and down, and back and forth until the pin pops out on it's own. the pin is resting over a simple spring...if the pin is pushing back against your finger when you push it in..the spring works....try readjusting the cane...until the pin naturally snaps into place...should fix it.

No it is not foldable but the 4-prong cane is very good for balance issues. I have a regular folding cane that folds but still like the 4-prong cane better for balance reasons.

How do I rotate the base to make it right or left handed while keeping the admirable night buttons in llace

Take the cane apart and turn the handle/pole the opposite way. The cane should have buttons on both sides to adjust for height but which ever side you use there is only one side of holes for the buttons to come out (to lock in place). The pole that comes out of the base is off centered for which ever hand you use (right or left), So if you are right handed the pole that comes from the base should be to the left side of the base and if left handed pole that comes from the base should be to the right side of the base
