Does the housing coming open already ?

No, it does not come open already. However, it is very easy to open. The method is to pull out the key blank and slide it into the slot next to the one that you pull it out of, then twist slightly. That will pop the two halves apart.

How do you open the new housing?

pull the key out from the fob. There is a small ledge on both sides of the key on the back side. With the key, gently prop it open and the back cover comes out.
