OWAYSilver Steel Hair Bath Shampoo 8 oz

I have been using this shampoo for several months and I have no complaints. It washes my hair. Well it it prevents the grays from looking too brassy and my hair has not turned purple. I use it about two times a week interchanging it with a curl shampoo as I have gray curly hair at a very young age.

I noticed there are comments that the pump leaks. Mine leaked too. If you loosen the cap after using it the leak will stop. The reason it leaks is it is building up pressure.

I have tried numerous purple shampoos to rid my grey of yellowing. This has worked the best. Yellow is not completely gone but I can see it working best on the top so I’m hoping as I cut off the yellow near the ends it will be gone. As others have mentioned the bottle does leak so it is a little messy.

the shampoo is great but the dispenser is awful. It leaked and stained my marble shelf.

Definitely gets the job done plus has a nice light clean smell!

I use this about once a week and I can see the yellow slowly fading. As soon as I pump some out I loosen the top so it doesn’t leak and all is good

I saw an online article about Oway Steel Hair Bath being the best natural purple shampoo and decided to look on Amazon and ordered it immediately. The instructions said to use a few pumps, twice a week, leaving it on a few minutes and rinsing. I was nervous because it is a super purple color, but it smells amazing (like a spa treatment). Ingredients are all organic and include Resurrection Plant and Patagonian Blueberry (which I am guessing gives it the purple color). After using it once, I noticed less yellow in my hair and after three washes I could really see the silver in my hair become more shiny. I have used it for about a year now and my hair looks amazing (see pic). I highly recommend the product to men (and women) if you are looking to reduce that yellowy, dull look that grey hair tends to turn.

I like how the purple works in my hair. It tends to leave it a touch dry so I mix conditioner with it while it's sitting on my hair. It will make your hands a little purple but it washes off right away. Works good other wise.
