Great mattifying product. Dunno what the issue is with some people saying it smells like fish. Doesn't at all- has generally a plain scent

I have oily skin and so have usually got something of a shine on my face most of the time, which is not good... so I tried this and it works leaves a matt finish without looking wrong and no smell, so job done thanks MEN -U...

One of the very few 'matte moisturisers' in my opinion that give clear visible results straightaway. I did'nt realise until I applied it how shiny my T-zone was in particular P.S. very oily/greasy with enlarged pores prone to outbreaks of whiteheads (although pretty mild).It has virtually eliminated the 'shine' altogether and lasts for a reasonable time. It is oil and fragrance free which is an added bonus. The price too is pretty reasonable considering it is a 100ml tube. Many 'matte moisturisers' for men and women usually cost double the price just for a 50ml - mainly because of the unusual nature of the ingredients put into them. Also, the brand name - usually hikes up the price P.S. Clarins, etc.If any men suffering with oily/combination skin prone to redness, whiteheads, etc., I would deeply recommend this product to you. It is a no nonsense, masculine product offering VISIBLE results from the offset.I would use a facial wash in the morning and evening (mid-range/high quality), then apply a low-alchol astringent like 'Anthony Logistics astringent aftershave' over the T-zone and neck using a cotton wool pad (to remove excess oil) and then apply the Men-U Matt moisturiser to the entire face and neck. Because it is ultra-concentrated, start with half a pump to the T-zone and then half a pump to the neck and cheeks. Build up to one full pump (or perhaps a bit more) after two or three days to get a measure of what your skin feels most comfortable with.But remember, always cleanse first with a facial wash, then apply an astringent, then moisturise.Don't fall into the trap of thinking that if you pay more, you will get more. Every person's skin is different and reacts in different ways to different products. However, I would urge you to stay clear of supermarket brands and at least invest in mid-range to high-end products, depending upon your financial situation. By enlarge, these generally offer far better results, but this is by no means always the case.

The thing I liked about this product is the fact that it is matt on your face and looks good, It looks well presented. But I have more reasons as to why I disliked it. First, the scent, it smells kinda fishy. Second, it doesn't have that 'mask' like feel that its protecting your face. Third, if you put a bit of water on your skin while you have the moisturiser on, it will dry out and you have to apply more. Fourth, it doesn't heal your skin and last, its just too expensive for what it does

Smells nice, helps face appear less shiny! Would recommend.

Scent not good but product works.

I have used this cream for a couple of months and it really does leave you with a matt face even later in the day, I tried loads over the last few years and from £6 - £30 matt creams and this is the only one which stayed matt. Try it for a couple of weeks you won't be disappointed.

This is a very good and simple moisturizer.So I'll hit on the major points that a guy will care about:- It's not greasy. It is indeed very matte, in regards to how it leaves your skin. No shine after application.- It dries and is absorbed by the skin very quickly. Just make sure you put on a thin layer.- It has no scent.- You actually end up using quite a bit less because of how well it absorbs.This moisturizer is really made with guys in mind since it's a very straight forward, well working, no frill product. I'd strongly recommend it to anyone who's face is dry after shaving, especially those like me, that do not like a barrage of scents on their face.Strongly recommended

L'effet mat ne tient qu'une heure. Produit trop cher pour le peu de qualité. Très déçu. Je déconseille ce produit il y a mieux pour moins cher.

Hierzu muss ich sagen ich hatte vorher eine kleine Probe die ich an sich okay fand.Hab mir daher die große bestellt.Jedoch ist es flüssiger und mattiert leider garnicht.Nicht weiter zu empfehlen

Works really well and has a really nice texture. Nice balance between moisturizing and controling oiliness. Works well with my "combination" skin that has some dry areas and some oily areas as well.
