Work Great on Low Profile, Industrial Carpet, Gorilla Glue or Similar Suggested
We got new chairs for our carpeted conference room and they all had rubber discs on the bottom of the feet. To move the chairs we had to "hop" them up to, and away from the table. Very aggravating. It was a quick and simple task to remove the rubber discs and stick these gliders on, but I recommend using Gorilla Glue along with the adhesive. I've had similar floor glides/protectors and they gradually move or come off, but a bit of strong glue helps keep them in place. Now the chairs glide over the carpet easily and we no longer have to hop! The carpet is the glue-down, industrial type that has no pad.

These Gliders Shift & Then Collect Fur
I tried these plastic gliders because the felt ones I normally use collect dog fur horribly. (I have a yellow lab who sheds constantly.) My normal felt gliders also wear away over time, thus requiring periodic replacement. I hoped these plastic gliders would eliminate both problems. At first I was impressed with this product. The adhesion was really solid: I could not pull the gliders off the chair feet, and they did not slide at all. (I have normal hand strength for a healthy 33-year-old woman.)After about two weeks of use, I noticed the gliders had begun to shift and were no longer centered on the bottom of the feet of the chairs. It happened on all three chairs: the one my husband (160 lbs) uses; the one I (195 lbs) use; and even on the chair my skinny 30-lb son uses exclusively. (We use these chairs frequently: at least four times a day for meals, school work, and crafts.)Because the adhesion was so strong, I could not slide them back into place; and once you remove them, you cannot re-adhere them since the sticky pad rips in half horizontally, leaving the top and bottom sides still attached to the chair feet and the glider, respectively. As the gliders became misaligned, I could see the protruding upper surface of the white sticky pad. They also began to collect fur.I spent about two weeks pulling the worst offenders off, removing the sticky residue with Goo Gone, drying the foot of the chair so that no cleaning product remained, and then adhering new replacement gliders. However, I continued to have the same problem with shifting. I was running out of patience. Finally at the one-month mark from time of purchase, I gave up. I chucked the remaining unused gliders, pulled off the gliders that were in use, and went back to my old felt gliders. I won’t be buying this product again. For anyone who is curious about the durability of the bottom (light grey) side of the glider, I found it as expected. After a month of use there were surface scratches but little actual wear and no gouges. (We have laminate flooring that is mostly smooth with some very slight, shallow, smooth depressions to simulate wood grain.)

Stronger glue please
When sliding furniture around some of the cubes slide off and I have to glue them back on. Some have enough glue and some don't.

Pretty good chair sliders
I wanted to give these a try as opposed to the felt sliders I normally use. I always add a dab of gorilla glue after a thorough cleaning of to the bottom of the chair leg before I put on these type of furniture sliders and then let them cure overnight before use. They appear to be staying adhered well so far.I took off one star because one of two sets I received was clearly a returned pack with 4 of the sliders being scratched up and half the tape peeled off of them.

Works well on carpet.
These were purchased to put under furniture that is on carpet, with these installed the furniture moves much easier that the original pads that were installed and they do not stand out due to the low profile of the product.

Chair glides for area rugs
Purchased so dining chairs will glide easier, easy to install, adhesion works better on lighter chairs in thinner rug than heavier chairs on a little thicker rug. Since both dining area rugs do not very in thickness much, I assume it’s the heavier chairs causing a few adhesion problems.

Chair sliders
I am using these for my kitchen chairs. They work great and make moving the chairs easier and more quiet. The adhesive is very sticky so you want to make sure it's positioned where you want it before applying. I was hoping it would be as I don't want to have to reapply them. As it turned out they're blue and matched my chair legs perfectly.

Slides better than felt
Easy to put on and slide better than felt. A bit small for regular chairs. Just make sure you measure your furniture's legs properly, as these sliders are available in different sizes.
