Doesn't scan photos very well.
I bought this to scan photos with, It has 1200 dpi listed for photos and documents. When trying to do color photos it locks up after about half of the scan. Black and white pictures scan, but come out as a bunch of scattered dots. It does scan pictures at 600 dpi.
