Great taste and alot of heat. A little goes a long way.

Huge fan of these Calabrian chilis. It is very thick so I normally mix it with a bit of olive depending on what it’s going on. Great on subs, pizza, or in a sauce. Gave a bottle to each of my fam last year for Christmas.

I already knew I like Calabrian chiles. This sauce is the absolute best way to enjoy them. Be aware that this sauce resembles crushed cherry peppers you get on hoagies or subs - it's chunky not a liquid like tabasco style hot sauces. But the taste is so much better - hot, sweet, and tangy from vinegar. Pricey but worth it.

I've been putting a bit on my morning scrambled eggs. I very much enjoy the flavor, unlike some hot sauces that only have a passing relation to the pepper(s) in them this tastes like you're eating a freshly picked pepper. The only real complaint I have is with the bottle. The first time I used it everything was fine, but when I went to use it again nothing would come out. I ended up using the handle of my fork to scoop/pull some out of the bottle. The bits of pepper stick together and seem to get hung up on the angled bit right before the bottle mouth. Overall - delicious but kind of annoying.

I have several jars of Calabrian Hot Sauce purhased on Amazon. Found this bottled version and could not wait to try it out. Absolutely delicious on so many foods. Eggs, veggies, etc. My wife does not care for hot stuff. Every Friday night we have air fry wings and fries. I put ranch dressing in small glass bowls to dip fries in. One time, I put a few drops in hers and stirred it in well. Turned ranch pink and had slight heat taste. She dipped first french fry and said it was good! Then dipped her chicken wing in as well. The bottle last a good amount of time for the 2 of us. Excellent authentic imported from Italy. At $8 per bottle, I ordered 3 more to stash which had wonderful use dates of Nov 2024 and today is May 2023. Store in cool basement. Good stuff if you do not want to mess with jars and i do not refrigerate the open bottle, Been using it 2 months now with zero spoilage. Just a quick shake before using.

This sauce was a surprise! It is thick and savory and has a bit of heat. It is delicious with scrambled eggs and bacon, it is delicious pork dishes, and sprinkled on cheese slices or toasty cheese crisps or on top of pizza. It is a great addition to salad dressings and marinades. It’s also very delicious when mixed in with cream cheese for a cracker dip. I also blended some in corn bread mix and made warm spicy corn muffins…and even made a butter with it to go on top,,,versatile, yummy and so tasty!

This item was not hot enough for me but may suit people who want a mild spice level
