Almost Exactly What We Needed, Best Available
The basic scenario in our home is common enough: We needed a slimline laundry cart, with locking wheels, a couple of baskets or bags, that could be moved around easily while also being left in place for extended periods of time, that would not tip over if our elderly humans or over-active dogs bumped into it. Finding a solution proved difficult.First, we tried several slimline hampers, including a dual bag hamper and the standard slimline rolling hamper as well as the slimline rolling hamper with a "window". What happened, in every case, was that, owing to the poor design and cheap construction, the hampers failed to meet our needs. They all had soft side walls that puffed out, no matter how carefully we packed the clothing. We were spending all this time folding dirty laundry, to try to get the hampers to stay slim and out of the way and the walls were just expanding, allowing the unit to go from eight inches to twelve inches, in the best case. The hampers were flimsy but also tended to fall easily when bumped by our dogs and my little old Dad.Second, we sat down to reevaluate our needs and we decided was that a hamper would only work if it had rigid side walls or if it had a metal frame, that would keep the unit's shape while a bag was hanging down from the frame, because a bag hanging down will not bulge out the way a bag sitting on the floor or on a piece of plastic with wheels underneath it will invariably settle and bulge. We did not want a unit that could be easily toppled and it absolutely had to have wheels.Third, we looked and failed to find a cart of this type, with two hanging bags and three or four horizontal support rods on all four sides, to keep it square and then, in continuing to look, we noticed this cart with one hanging bag and three little wire shelves/baskets and it occurred to us, we could still roll up certain items to keep them in the baskets, essentially sorting smaller loads into the baskets themselves. And so, after many failures and quite a bit of difficulty in finding anything that would even come close to meeting our needs, we purchased this. It arrived quickly and was assembled in under twenty minutes. The rods and screws and metal frame actually do provide a stable base and support system. The baskets don't move and the cart is squared, not wobbly. The bag hangs down and never bulges out. The dogs have bumped into this more than any human has and, still, it doesn't even tip over. With the wheels locked, it moves over a little, because it is light enough to be pushed. With the wheels unlocked, it rolls when they push into it. The wheels are stable and so far are doing a wonderful job. We have seen no breaks or cracks in them. The bag holds a nice amount of laundry and the smaller loads easily fold and sort into the shelves/baskets.Overall, I think this is currently the best rolling hamper out there. It functions well, appears to me to be very safe and sturdy, shows no signs of cheap parts or anything breaking down or breaking off and it does exactly what we needed it to do. We paid under $40, including tax, and I would say that is a fair price for the materials used and the quality of the cart.At some point, I would love to see this company design a similar cart that is just two hanging bags, as they really seem to understand how a laundry bag should work. On this unit, they cut the single bag a little shorter, raising it off the floor a bit, so that you can actually reach the bottom of the bag without hurting your back. That is just brilliant and much appreciated and I would love to see more varieties of the slimline-rolling-cart from this company. They did a wonderful job on this design.

Compact, efficiently organized and sufficiently sturdy.
I needed a compact, well organized rolling cart to store dirty laundry and laundry supplies in a small closet. This fits the bill perfectly! It's lightweight and not expensive, so not as sturdy and a large, heavy duty one would be, but it's just right for me!

Pretty easy to assemble
This is what I expected. There was a crack in one shelf; I will contact the company about that. Came together pretty easily but I did need a screwdriver. The included tool is helpful for the wheels, but I didn't find it helpful for the other screws. As others have experienced, it doesn't roll great with a lot of weight on it. But overall I am happy with this purchase. (Especially if they send a new shelf.)

Inaccurate measurements given for item
Laundry cart is sturdy and attractive. But the measurements are inaccurate, so it will not fit between the washer and wall where I intended for it to go and I do not have room for it to hang out in my laundry room. Will be returning. Actual measurements are 27.25" w x 29.75" h x 11"d with casters. If you remove the casters, the frame is 10.25" d. Casters are a thick solid plastic that will not break easily as shown in previous reviews from years ago.

Best in class slim rolling cart
This meets all of my needs for a slim-line laundry cart. It's the only one I could find with both shelves and a laundry bag compartment. The assembly was pretty easy and the cart seems sturdy. However, it didn't fit in the space I wanted, but that was partially my fault and partially their fault. Kind in mind, the 8.7" width they give is only for the cart metal. You have to add on additional width for the wheels, which go past the metal. Therefor, the width is closer to * 9.7" * and wouldn't fit next to my laundry machine. I have it in front of the machine instead, which is seems to work okay to far for me.

sturdy
its sturdy. would like a bit more shelf space but its wide enough for a big fabric softener and normal bottle of laundry soap to fit together on one shelf. so its its fairly decent size still.

Faulty
I received this with a faulty part, and after assembling the whole thing, realized that one wheel didn’t have the correct attachment. It’s now lopsided and very difficult to take apart to ship back
