Received on time and worked right out of the box. Worked exactly as advertised with no issues (received 1 week ago). I purchased this for use in our master bedroom because I was tired of waking up with nosebleeds and dry eyes where we have recently moved (not used to the winter!). I purchased this size due to the vaulted ceilings in the room and within a few hours of the first use on the high setting my humidity gauge was reading within the "comfort zone," instead of the "dry dry desert" zone, which we had been living in previously. The cycling lights is a nice feature for sleep, but that's just my preference. It does make a very faint bubbling sound occasionally but I liken this to the sound of a water feature and I find it soothing, but if you are someone who needs ABSOLUTE silence to sleep then maybe this is not the product for you, at least for night time use.Very easy to refill, rubber feet on the bottom are nice to prevent any surface disturbance of whatever surface you place it on. Only thing I can really comment on as an area of improvement is that the area within the top half is not accessible to clean easily (unless your wrist is the width of Snickers). In its defense, most humidifiers are designed this way, for some reason. With most humidifiers being prone to bacterial growth if not cleaned properly, however, I wish I could get in there and wipe it down thoroughly between uses. BUT the product does come with instructions and recommendations for cleaning and as long as I stick to those and have no issues, I will set my OCD aside. Despite that feature being on my wish list, A+ so far. Competitively priced compared to others of its size, ease of use, looks, and number of extra features.UPDATE: Found a SPIDER inside the main tube and having a hard time getting it out. Not really related to the review, but GET OUT OF MY HUMIDIFIER. Product: 5/5. Spider: 0/5.

The humidifier is easy to use except for cleaning. The instructions say to "remove the nozzle and clean the mist tube with fresh water and a light brush (bottle cleaning brush is recommended}".The revolving nozzle is almost impossible to get off to begin with. Once that is off you can feel if you put your finger in the middle that the top of the tube is closed. But you can see if you maneuver it enough that there are some slits hidden towards the side. So there is NO WAY a bottle brush could fit in those holes and there is no way you can even get close to those holes. I find that alarming as just rinsing a plastic tube is somehow sanitary or sterilized. Anyway who has ever used humidifiers knows you have to scrub to get some residue off. There is actually another review with pictures of what happens when you can't get in there to scrub. It is disgusting photos of some mold or most likely bacteria where it loves to grow...dark and moist.

This is the worst humidifier I have ever owned! The "cool mist" function means that the vast majority of the water never enters the air and it just immediately condenses on whatever is next to the humidifier. My first night using it, this humidifier soaked a bunch of paperwork and permanently damaged my wood furniture. I have never had this problem with a humdifier in my whole life! Also, the base holds on to a bunch of water when you remove the top part, making it very easy to spill a lot of water where you may not want to. A badly designed product that does not function as a humidifier.

Very difficult-impossible actually-to clean it properly-pink slime noted after about 2 days which worried me as I do not want to spread bacteria into the air through the humidifier. Addendum 1/26/18-I want to provide an update-Christine at the company that makes this product reached out to me after seeing my review. She was very apologetic that I have had issues with the humidifier. She offered a replacement as it has a 1 year warranty, When I said, I would rather have a refund, this was taken care of in a matter of days. I provided further feedback about need for further info in product instructions about cleaning need/process. I feel she will follow up with improving the instructions. All in all, very good customer service.

It's quiet which most humidifier noises don't bother me anyways. I really like the design compared to all the others i have had. It's easy to fill. Don't have to worry about making a mess spilling water while carrying it to the base across the floor after filling it up. The light color is really cool, it really gets my kids attention and mine. I wish it did have a bigger tank. If i leave it on high it doesn't last that long (no 24 hrs for sure, it's more like somewhere around 8-14hrs). I like the fact that it has some kind of mold/mildew prevention. But we'll see after a few months :) i think it will be easy to clean as long as i don't have to open the water tank to clean it. I like the base how it holds the water and allows the water to drain into the base. I think it helps with keeping it from spilling as your reviews stated. Overall, i give it a 5 out of 5 and i plan to use it another week or two before i order another one. Who knows i may order two more. If i could get one just like it with a bigger tank like a 1.5gal or 2gal i would.Keep it up! good product.

Absolutely amazing. I know humidifier, not new invention. But this one, it just is special. It's super easy (my husband doesn't know why I'm putting that in, but it's because humidifiers always seem complicated/difficult to me and this one is not). literally, it arrived, I took it out, didn't look at instructions, easy to fill, not too heavy, plug in, go. easy to refill, lasts a while, long stream. just turns off when done. and no filter to change (not sure why?). and, i love the colors. though that is optional. almost looks like a little droid. it is a very simple product, but one that brings a lot of happiness to a home. and that's just in how it looks and works! of course it has also been a life changer for my husband and I while we have been sick. it is only cool mist, but i think this is okay. for the price and simplicity, i want to buy 6 and put them all over our (small) apartment, but my husband says that's crazy, and for now, i'm restraining.
