Very comfortable and very good quality memory foam. Used it on a road trip and it was very comfortable.

Wish it was a little bigger, it is very soft and it is like memory foam. However, one small flaw is that when you lean on it, it does not hold your head up like other neck pillows but this one is good for sleeping and taking naps since you barely feel it when it is around your neck.

I usually take my favorie pillow from my bed to get comfortable when I travel. I always wind up falling asleep and my head tilts from side to side and cramps. My home pillow also doesnt travel well. I have a hard time getting on and off the bus and plane with it. This one is easy. I just realized I can attach it to my luggage. Is is so freakin soft. It also keeps my head very stable.

Please remove the photos that show the mask and Earplugs as part of the "set", and remove all references to a "set", because this is not a set, but just the neck pillow in a bag. The pillow that I received was of good quality but too soft for my needs and appears to be sized for a child instead of an adult. If you have a large neck, this will likely not make you happy. I would not recommend this offer due to deceptive photos and wording, and the small size of the pillow.

I ordered this after I even see some reviews good and bad, including my questions about mold. The answer varied so I just give it a go. It came today and I felt disappointed. First, the color isn't as bright blue as like the one shown here but it's much darker, it's more like dark grayish +bluish- the feeling of cover itself is soft; however, there is a mild smell to it when I tried it on my neck I don't think I could breath with that smell during my 10 hrs flight.Next, as I opened the cover- indeed, I found some black dots which I assumed as the mold they were talking about. I am not sure if I can use this :(

The decide if this pillow is excellent! It really holds your head up, and the clip can hold together. Like a neck brace. That keeps my neck in a comfortable position. The memory foam is soft and compact. Also it is easy to clean with the removable cover. I highly recommend for someone who want to avoid neck pain on a long flight.

Shipped and delivered on time. Pillow came in a attractive box with no damages. Has soft case and is very comfortable. The pillow has memory foam which squishes down where you need it to and forms back to original shape when done. The description was very accurate.

This travel pillow is larger than your average neck pillow. The back portion of the pillow is higher, giving you more support without you having to lean your head back. It feels as if you are taking a memory foam pillow to travel and I slept like a baby on my trip to New York.
