Will this simply crack grains like oats, wheat , corn or does it just do various fineness of flours?

If you want to produce something like steel cut oats I think you will be disappointed. The burrs grind the product into a meal...fine or coarse, but still a flour. Suggest a coffee grinder type setup for coarse cutting

No, not on 220. You will need a Power adapter that reduces to 120 volts and 60 cycle or a generator.
