Frozen Grated Coconut - 16oz (Pack of 3)

The coconut was very good quality but so wish it came in small packs instead ofsuch big packs. The first time I used it I did not realize that this defrosted coconutdoes not stay fresh for more than 2 days in the fridge.I had to throw away 90% of the first packet :(

The Coconut was Sour when I unthowed it to make a Cake. I liked thelook because reminded me of another product that I cannot find in this area. When I received the items. They were not completely FROZEN

Fresh taste and moist. I bought a different brand before and the coconut had no taste and it was super dry. This one is much better! Will buy again.

Obviously fake reviews. Mine arrived, thawed out and warm. Label on outside of package instructed me to place unopened package in the freezer for 24 hours before opening! That is a food hazard. My local Publix ordered some just for me.

Perfect! Use just as if you grated it yourself.

I did not use it as it has no flavor. It's sort of watery-tasting.
