My doctor recommended that I take a vitamin D supplement for my deficiency... I already was taking cod liver oil when I discovered this brand. These have no fishy flavor, are easy to take, and have a higher concentration of both vitamins A and D in comparison to the other. Not only are they effective vitamins, but they are wonderful "beauty pills" (they give hair and skin a lovely lustre!) and I do prefer this brand to any other. (:

This was purchased for teenage acne. It doesn’t smell or taste at all and doesn’t leave that burp up after taste. The pills in the bottle were not all clumped together like some of the fish oil supplements. It seems to be working for the acne in combination with a couple other supplements. It is much better than having to take antibiotics for the cystic acne.

I use these for myself and my teenage son who struggles with anxiety. This and a few other supplements and he is doing much better.

We recently started using this supplement. It replaces another cod liver oil capsule. We were surprised to see how small the capsules were, making them very easy to swallow. We notice no fishy after taste when taking them. We like that they came sealed in a dark glass bottle for freshness. So far, they seem like a good product.

It does help with my dry eyes
