Oslo Collection VINCI 914/103 Swivel Recliner and Ottomon in Stone Nubuck Bonded Leather with Walnut Finish

I slightly disappointed in the chair, as the on line descriptions says the max back height is 44" above the floor. The max I see is 40". More to the point, the inside back height is about 27.5", and I wanted more so I did not have to "slouch" to rest my head comfortably.The assembly instructions are somewhat lacking (pictorial), but, for me, that was not an issue. The hex wrenches you need, are supplied, but having a needle nose pliers and a electric drill with the proper hex bits, speed things up. All in all, I had it assembled in less then an hour. Just wished It had 2 more inches of back!

It is probably damaged. It "rocks" from side to side and it is only supposed to swivel. When it rocks it makes a "metal on metal" sound....unpleasant. After about 10-20 minutes the body weight of the person slides to the right side of the chair.
