Lights look great and have been up up for 4 weeks now. Came on a flimsy cardboard reel and I recommend you don’t do what I did and trust the wheel to unwrap the lights from. I did that and the reel collapsed leaving me a birds nest to untangle.

I should have believed the reviews for once!Wholly inadequate and cheap, fall apart, spool, which delivered a complete tangled mess of wires and lights! After two hours I decided it was cheaper to throw them away instead of spending all day untangling them. 1000 lights is a big bundle and you need lots, and lots, of time to retrieve an careless unpacking. Not worth the effort,!!

I bought these excited to put uo in my garden for warm summer nights. Checked that they were working before installing. Switched them on and my electric switched off. Every time i put them on my electricity went off. Must be faulty returned them

Came on a small cardboard 'reel' as I started to put the very first lights onto the tree this 'reel' fell apart, the rest of the bunch of light fell onto the floor, when picked up they had impossibly tangled up and couod not be untangled after HOURS of two people trying.

Mains plug not included in the box. Pictures show it is included and the product description states it is included. Does not state anywhere that is it not included.

Awful! They came all tangled on the reel. I've spent all day trying to untangle them and they are still in a big knotted mess!
