My grandson loves them, and has even read them twice. Review: A Good Starting Point for anime watchers - For those wondering what happens after season two of One Punch Man, volume 17 of One Punch Man is the volume for you. The first half will be familiar to anime watchers as it finishes the Garo vs Bang, Boom and Genos. Which is a treat for the eyes with gorgeous art work for the fight scenes. But what follows afterward is the big hook for this volume as finally the many subplots of the current arc start to come together as all major characters on all factions start to head to the same location. I can't wait for the next volume as it only gets better and better. The bonus chapters are as humorous as ever as well. I have been MickManga and I will see you all at the next volume of One Punch Man.

Another issue with a LOT happening
Zombieman is on the cover, but his story thread gets a mere four panels, kind of a "stay tuned". The main action is still with Garo -- in another flashback we learn yet more about his formative years: although he's taken it in a perverse direction, he's in part motivated by resentment of society's structured-in unfairness and bias. Garo is actually becoming one of the more complex and fully-drawn antiheros in comics ... He gets airlifted out of the bad situation he's in, and Silverfang, Bomb and Genos are abruptly faced with a rearguard a whole lot more formidable than Garo. King demonstrates that although he's to some degree a fraud, he's got plenty of guts. Saitama gets to unleash a "serious punch" that needs four double-page spreads to record its effect. The Hero Association is organizing -- in a kind of disorganized way -- for the confrontation with the Monster Association -- though the secretive Metal Knight remains uninterested in battling the monsters, focusing instead on unspecified "other evils ... that will strike when humanity's defenders are weak." (Is it one of them that's dispatched the robotic Machine God to aid the Monster Association?) Garo meets Gyoro-Gyoro, and the reader meets some new and colorful monsters. And that ain't even all that happens this book ...

Awesome!
Great drawings and storyline. There were some things covered in the manga not in the show. By far one of my favorite animes!
