Should have bought it before
Wonderful product. So easy to cut veggies. No more "fight" with my spouse about the cucumber slices too thick.

Can’t cut medium thickness!
I like the thing but unfortunately it will not adjust to allow you to have any thing other than thin and very thin. You can’t lower the main blade down so you can have 1/4 inch or 1/2 inch potato slices

Well built for a piece of plastic. It's a bit narrow, I've had to cut down the sides of larger zucchini to get it to fit in the channel. I'd buy it again. Kinda wish it had a canvas bag or something to store it in along with the blades.

You get very finely shredded veggies
I have a machine that can finely shred veggies, but it's just a hassle to lug it out and clean afterwards. This mandoline does the same job and is easier. The only complaint I have is the holder has such a small grip. I used the holder from a different mandoline that doesn't shred as finely, but has a more comfortable holder.
