Jarrow Formulas Jarro-Dophilus Women, 5 Billion Cells Per Veggie Capsule, 30 Capsules (Cool Ship, Pack of 3)

This is absolutely excellent and an essential probiotic for any woman's general health. It's beautiful for the vaginal system, you don't need to take it everyday for it to be effective and the price for the 3-pack is excellent. I particularly love this brand because it's not loading you up with unnecessary probiotics that have not been adequately researched. The probiotics listed in this one, particularly L. crispatus and L.gasseri are among the top for vaginal health and overall squamous cell health throughout the body. L. rhamnosus is beautiful for woman's health as well. The only thing I wish is that this probiotic included L. reuteri and L. plantarum, but the fact that this has L. gasseri and L.crispatus which has been researched to synergistically kill bad bacteria in the body is more than enough reason to get this probiotic. Luckily I got the 3-pack, cool ship when it was on sale for $27. Unfortunately, the price has skyrocketed up but I would definitely get another of this brand because Jarrow is very trusted. The only other brand I trust in women's probiotics is Ultimate Flora Renew Health's brand, unfortunately they don't have the L. gasseri and L. crispatus bacteria and they have a couple other bacteria listed that's unnecessary. Jarrow is definitely at the very top for me when it comes to women's health probiotics and I wholeheartedly recommend them to all my family and friends.Just a tip, I would definitely go with the cool ship version, if you want the best results quickly. Just make sure to quickly store them in the fridge as soon as you get them and to keep them there for as long as you have them. 1 every other day, along with diet and herbal teas is all you need.

I couldn’t find my regular JarroDophilis formula on Amazon, so I tried this formula instead, even though I don’t have vaginitis. I have high blood sugar, with my doctor’s careful diet I can control, and tend to get yeast in the folds of my skin, like behind the ears, between the toes, etc., especially when I eat too many carbs or the forbidden sugar. This product works great for that, and I discovered an unexpected and wonderful benefit it provides: By changing my flora I smell better than I ever did. My fellow women will understand; this greatly improves the smell that no amount of washing or special cleansers will ever eliminate. Well worth taking a capsule a day for that alone! I havealways found Jarro’s products to be excellent, but got sick of waiting in line at the health food store for theme every month. I think it’s pretty expensive, though, and I hate the wasteful, tedious packing: foil blisterpacks. Why can’t they just put a larger quantity, like 90, in a single bottle? After all, it has to be taken every day. The outer packaging is bad, too, it’s a practically bomb-proof double cardboard box, that is impossible to teardown for recycling, filled with three cold packs (those I will re-use), and a lot of extra filler. I think that’s how they justify the high price. I suggest buying the 3-packs, then they all come in the one wasteful outer box. It says no refrigeration necessary, which is great for traveling, but I buy always buy a big quantity of their probiotics and refrigerate them anyway, they keep their effectiveness better.

Should have been a cool pack, it wasn’t and I was only sent one box, should have been three.Product is good though. I requested refund.

I like that these noise canceling ear foams are very comfortable. They block out my husband's snoring as well as barking neighbors dogs. It's great value for the money too. I couldn't live without these!!!

Helps to keep me regulated

Hands down the best thing to stay on if you have any trouble with infections or irregular vaginal smell. I had issues after my son was born and I went on dr prescribed antibiotics and tried EVERYTHING...with nothing working for 6 months postpartum...then BAM these did the trick to get rid of BV after birth. It’s bc the vaginal microbiome has certain bacteria that need to be in larger access than other bacteria found in the microbiome. This probiotic is different than all others because it helps promote the 4 that need to be the strongest to maintain a healthy microbiome! I was so happy when I finally started taking these. SUCH A SUNPLE FIX! SERIOUSLY WHY DO DR OFFICES JUST PUT YOU ON ANTIBIOTICS THAT MAKE IT WORSE! Also...diet helps too-eliminated coffee and high sugar and carbs while I was initially on getting rid of the bv. Now I just take one everyday and I can eat whatever in small quantities of course bc that stuff is bad for you anyways!

I bought this probiotic in desperate hope it would help save me from my chronic uti’s and yeast infections. I have been using for 2 months now and haven’t had one uti or yeast infection! I purposely waited to write a review to make sure this product was truly making a difference. I’d recommend highly to anyone who is tired of being on antibiotics for uti’s and taking diflucan constantly. I literally couldn’t be happier with this product and I’m praying that long term use will only further my reprieve from uti’s and yeast infections.

I've been taking probiotics for a couple of years at the recommendation of my gyno and they really help with my issues. The only thing I don't like about these is all the packaging. They come in blister packs and when I'm filling my pills strips every month, it's a giant pain to pop out 60 pills at a time (one morning, and one night...as directed by my Dr.). Consumer Lab reports that this brand is the most economical of the women's probiotics, are contamination free, and they also consistently provide the stated number of microorganisms. They are shelf stable also, so no refrigeration is required.

This is the only product that has relieved years of reoccurring BV and yeast infections. I have tried many different probiotics, antibiotics and holistic herbal treatments/home remedies that have not had any long term lasting effects.This probiotic really works I have been taking two capsules twice a day for the past month all symptoms have gone. Eventually I will reduce the dosage to two capsules once a day.It is pricey but for me it's a worth while investment.Highly recommended!

Very expensive and I’m still taking it and waiting to see the results
