First of all, reading the customer reviews and especially looking at the pictures really helped me decide on this diffuser. I was looking to replace my John Frieda dryer/diffuser set but was nervous to purchase a diffuser and dryer only to find that they weren't compatible. The person who posted the picture of the white Rusk W8less dryer with this diffuser sold the deal for me. That dryer has over 1000 solid reviews. While it was pricy, I was looking to purchase my first ever salon-quality dryer anyways. It doesn't disappoint.As for this diffuser, it is substantially bigger and deeper than the one that came with my John Frieda dryer. That diffuser would just blow my curls all around (look at the holes in your diffuser, people...this plays a BIG factor). I love the fact that the Segbeauty diffuser has a rotating, adjustable feature to close up some of the holes (which are tiny to begin with). I used it last night with my new Rusk dryer on the low/warm setting and it fits so much of my hair in the bowl that the drying time was much faster. And I can feel the reduced air flow also. My curls are WAY more voluminous than with the flat/shallow/big-holed diffuser. And more formed, no frizz.I wholeheartedly suggest this diffuser. Be careful about the dryer you buy it with/for. It is a very specific sizing that is circular and smaller with no give - it does look like around the size many professional dryers are (long, narrow/pointy). It just slid right onto the Rusk and stays solid there. Great combo and my curls have never looked better.

I wanted a good defuser for my Dyson Airdry and this one fits snuggly and works perfect. I also got a more expensive and well publicized one at the same time and I like this one better. It contains the hair without crushing or flattening it and keeps the air in the cone so it dries faster then the other brand. It also has nubs that keeps the cone off the head and has holes for the air to get to your roots to dry them too. Very happy with this purchase.

Fits perfect! I bought a DevaCurl dryer and don't like using the included attachment accessories because they don't really work for my hair. I really wanted a bowl diffuser and this one works really well. I like that I can actually fit all my hair into the bowl or at least most of it and dry it in half the time it would take for other FLAT "bowl" diffusers. My only issue (just me) is that it is a tad on the heavy side for my puny lady arms to hold up in place for a few minutes. For me its a workout but its probably a very much needed one. :D I love this diffuser! It dries my hair quickly, thoroughly and does not cause frizz. Perfect curls every time!

The diffuser is well made and works great with my hair dryer, but it is big and bulky and I would not consider it portable or travel friendly.

I am writing this review prior to receiving a response from the seller so will only rate this product. I attached this diffuser to an Eva NYC travel blow dryer and used it for 2 minutes when it slipped off the small barrel and was softened to the point of becoming warped. I assume the warping happened when it hit the bathroom rug after first falling on my head when I tried to dry the top of my curly hair. I used a collapsible, silicone diffuser I had to finish the job. This was a test run for a trip to Europe where I cannot use my Dyson dryer. The Dyson gets so hot I have to open a window because the vapor of product and water the Dyson creates sets off my smoke detector. The dryer I used today didn't set off the alarm. It also took considerably longer to dry my hair with the small dryer because it gives off a lot less heat and air. Ultimately, this is of no use to me.UPDATE: The seller contacted me with an apology and provided a refund for this product in less than 24 hours. I consider this excellent customer service and would purchase another product from them in the future.

As someone with naturally curly hair, I'm always on the lookout for products that will help enhance and define my curls. That's why I was excited to try out the Hair Diffuser with Deep Bowl. And let me tell you, I was not disappointed!The deep bowl of the diffuser is perfect for getting my curls to clump together and form defined ringlets. It evenly distributes the heat from my blow dryer, which helps to reduce frizz and add shine to my curls. Plus, the diffuser itself is easy to attach to my blow dryer and stays securely in place.But what I was really curious about was whether this diffuser would work with my Dyson hair dryer, which has detachable pieces. And I'm happy to report that it does! I was a bit skeptical at first, but the diffuser fit perfectly onto the detachable nozzle of my Dyson, and I was able to use it just as easily as I would with any other hair dryer.Overall, I would definitely recommend this diffuser to anyone with curly hair looking to enhance their curls. And if you happen to have a Dyson hair dryer with detachable pieces, don't worry - this diffuser will work for you too!

OK - I just used this morning for the first time, but I already love it. My hair looks better than it has in years.I have naturally curly, frizzy hair. I've always used the diffuser attachment that came with my dryer. I figured all diffusers were the same. Well, this one is so much better than the cheap ones that come with. My hair is shiny and almost frizz free (completely frizz free is impossible with my hair).I did have to get a new dryer to get this to fit - because the dryer nozzle diameter has to be around 1.5". I had a Conair that was too big. Then I bought a Revlon and it was also too big. I think most of those brands - that you can find in any big box store are going to be too big. They all seem to be a standard size. I was quite frustrated with my old Avanti diffuser as it was FOREVER sliding off my hair dryer. I saw Sara Anguis use a ginormous diffiuser and I went looking for a new one and decided on this one from SegBeauty. It NEVER falls off my dryer. I use it with a Babyliss dryer and the fit is perfect. Works great for my 3a/b curls. Not nearly as big as the one Sara uses, but works great for me. Also love the continuous sprayer from Seg Beauty.

This diffuser does exactly what it says on the tin. It seems robust enough and has rubber grips that hold my blow-dryer securely and safely in place. It doesn't wobble nor get overheated. I have natural 4b hair and it has definitely made a difference with regard to maintaining the softness and definition of my curls with my 'wash and go' style. The instructions are not in perfect grammatical English, but they are certainly clear and more than adequate to understand how to use (and not use) the diffuser.

Great for my long wavy/curly hair. Helps me get tighter curls, way more defined than air drying.

Fantastic product, first time I used it, I obtained amazing results ! My hair dried in half the time, thanksto the wide opening ! The curls are springy and full of volume. Didn't even have to scrunch my hair like I have to without the diffuser! I am very pleased with the Magic Diffuser, and would definately recommend it to anyone with curly hair. Good quality product !
