missing item, no response back from seller
This product was purchased for teacher Christmas gifts. 2 sets were ordered - only 1 set was received. I have contacted seller 3 times with no response received and no refund received.Although item is cute and enjoyed by the receiver, I cannot recommend purchasing this product due to lack of customer service. I had high hopes for this to be a reoccurring Christmas purchase, but no more!!

Item came broken
We were very excited to receive these to use with a mug for our white elephant gift for our party. They were broken. We had to go purchase something else to put in the mug.

While it is convenient to buy these from Amazon ... Trader Joe's sells them in the store and they are .99 cents each. Great product! Great Flavor! Just not cost effective from Amazon.
