This item is even better when I held it. I am not a drinker, and planned to use it for still water, but it is almost too nice. The engraving makes it look many times it actual cost. 5 stars.By the way, I didn't use special packaging, but it still came in a nice box.

Super great! Came out exactly as I had ordered it based off of the images provided. It'll be a great gift and I'm super excited to see how it pours! The packaging was super secure so nothing was at risk of breaking or rubbing against another glass. Very heavy and sturdy.

We had a problem with the original set of glasses, but this company went out of their way to fix the problem by sending us a new set. There were no questions asked, just great customer service. I would highly recommend this company.

If I could rate it ZERO I would. Had an extremely bad experience with the seller. First the package came broken, requested a new one, second time came broken again. The packaging is not put together well at all. I requested a refund but could not get it because not ALL the pieces we ordered were broken. Also, the cups that we did receive have VERY faint font, could hardly see. Would NOT recommend.

Only gets docked one star because I did order this set for Christmas as a gift and it arrived with the decanter tip broken and one glass shattered. The seller fixed the problem right away and sent a new one with much better packaging to protect the glass during shipping.

This gift is far better than I expected and my husband LOVES it. It is stunning, great quality, the packaging it came in made sure nothing broke! It was in PERFECT condition! The glass is thick, no sticker and the wood is real! I’m beyond blown away with this! I don’t make many comments often but, this is so worth every penny! The seal is perfect, the functionality is perfect! The look is perfect! I don’t have one complaint or anything I’d want different. Will be ordering more in the future!! Can’t thank this company enough! The meaning behind it is so special to my family and for them to execute it with such perfection and better than I imagined is such a blessing. I could go on and on!
