Don't go cheap, buy this one and you will happy
I use enemas only once every other month or so for constipation. The only equipment I have used are “drugstore” bags or fountain syringes. They worked, but never well. The bags were hard to fill and the fountain syringes only a little better. Often the outside of the bag/syringe got wet and had to be wiped off before use. Then fittings would be drippy, adding to the mess. The hose clamps got worse over the years, first they were metal, then cheaper plastic. They gave you the choice of full on and full off. At one time I had an enema can, which gave zero clue as to how much or little fluid had gone in. The rubber containers were a little better. The amount of bulge gave something of an indication. There was a douche nozzle and a straight enema tip, both of hard plastic included. But the investment was 10 to 15 dollars. So I thought how much better one of these expensive kit would be compared to the cheap route. Well they may look alike they are definitely NOT. I went with a 4 quart bag although I previously had 2 quart models. I thought for the five dollars difference why not buy the bigger one. Although I may never need that capacity. This bag has a huge opening and is super easy to fill without spilling even a drop. The fittings showed ZERO drips. The hose clamp, while plastic, has a roller on a ramp so you can go from off to wide open and everywhere in between. The hose is great and is see through, so you can see air pockets and even the flow. And you can see through the bag to see how much has been consumed. My only complaint is I wish the side of the bag was calibrated. It would be nice to know exactly how much instead of well it looks like half of it is gone. I am guy, so I didn't care that a douche tip is not provided. But there is what I would call a standard straight nozzle and one that has a bulge on the end (hopefully making it easier to retain the liquid). The bulged one has multiple openings so it can't get clogged with you know what. They are not rigid plastic but a flexible material. I prefer not getting impaled on a hard plastic nozzle. There is also a soft colon tube included. I never have used one before but I might try it out some time and see if it has merits. Then there is cleaning, unlike the rubber ones, this unit (bag, tubing and nozzles) can be boiled. Another plus.To wrap it up the “drugstore” units are a waste of money. This is far worth more than the others. I doubt I will ever need another but if I do, it will be this one. Being cheap is not an option for me anymore.

Great Bag
The pros:It’s high quality. This thing seems like it was built to last if you treat it properly. Also, it’s aesthetically pleasing. The clear white bag and tubes are not only good for monitoring your progress, they are not embarrassing to just leave hanging in your bathroom like the red or blue bags. Those get so dingy over time. That being said, I still keep my blue bag for coffee, as I think over time coffee would turn the clear bag brownish, and then I just use the clear one for large volume clear liquids. The cons: it seems like it was just taken out of the mold in which it was made and mailed off without opening up the holes. The small holes in the bag and nozzle were still sealed up with a thin layer of silicon. I had to go through with a tweezers and razor to remove the thin layer of silicon over the holes to make it useable. Also, wish they would’ve coiled the tubing instead of folding it. The kinks do come out no problem, but they are a bit more prone to kinking in those same spots. It’s really only a big deal when trying to use the colon tube, as it just folds over in itself inside you. Not an issue for normal enema use though.Personal preference:I don’t really like the flexible nozzles. They are a little tougher to get in, so I just swapped out with a more rigid one from my last bag. Also I’m not a big fan of the roller clamp (not really sure what it’s called). I just like the flow on or off (no fumbling with it) so that too I swapped out from my old system. As far as the colon tube goes, I love the idea, but I just couldn’t get it to work. Seems like it just folds up as you feed it in (I might need a hand with that one).Overall I’m extremely happy with this enema. And for this price you can’t go wrong.Wish they made a 5 Quart bag though.

No clear instructions
I appreciate the quality of the material and the fact it is transparent. However, I lacked clear instructions on how to assemble it, why there are 2 tubes and two endings. What needs to be attached to what? Why are they different? The user manual was a bit "dry" in general, I would have appreciated more illustrations on how to deal with it and also what is OK, what is not OK with enemas in general.

Extremely happy- here is my detailed review :)
I did my first enema and I am SO happy that I did my research and paid more and ordered this specific enema bag. Here is why:- the clear silicone makes it so much easier to guide you on how much water is going in. I couldn't imagine doing my first enema with one of the red/blue plastic bags.-there is absolutely no smell to the bag (I read reviews where many complained about chemical smells and some said they even tasted the smell after their enema for many days! yuck!)-the very wide open top makes it so much better to dry. I can even put my whole hand through the top (see picture) to wipe inside if needed. It dries so fast and you can see if its wet or dry.-the roller clamp is very easy to use and controls the flow precisely-there is a stainless steel spout connecting to the silicone tube. I read stories of bags leaking- and even worse: when the tubing comes off during the enema from the water pressure... yikes! This connection is so strong, I couldn't even disconnect the tubing by pulling on it!-I only used 2 quarts for my first enema (which is what is recommended)- this is a 4 quart bag - so when I work up to a high volume, I can still use this :)Overall, it was well-worth every penny! I highly recommend this to everyone- especially first timers. Since this is such a delicate subject, we can easily be discouraged to continue with this very healthy habit! If you look at my pictures you will see that the tube was tightly wrapped with tie band. I was concerned when I saw this (thinking, oh no- now I have to get the kinks out!) As soon as I cut the tie band the silicone tubing went right back to its original state- no kinks!
