Really happy with this mattress - after deliberating for days about which mattress to buy (foam vs pocket sprung, expensive vs mid-range etc.) and reading more reviews than we can count, me and my partner decided on this one. So glad we did - the mattress is the perfect amount of firmness (soft on top but doesn’t sink) and is really comfortable, especially as I have back problems so this works well for me. Would definitely recommend!

We had a cheapo mattress that was about 5 years old and had got very uncomfortable. Of course that process happens so gradually that - boiled frog like - it takes you a while to realise that the reason you're not sleeping so well has more to do with your bed than anything else. Once that realisation dawned, we had to make a choice - a new cheapo mattress or something a little more luxurious and well made - something that would last a while!I am SO Glad we elected to pay out the extra money and go with this mid-range mattress. This is a thick matress (9" thick) and very firm, but not hard. Seems very well made and gives various warranty provisions if there was ever a problem.Ever since we installed it, proper sleep has returned, and its a pleasure to go to bed again. Which is what I am going to do right now! Sweet dreams, dear reader

The mattress was delivered on the date and time that I was given. But they would not put it in the room or unpack it. I did ask them to put it in the bedroom but they said no. Some of the plastic around was taped up. When I removed the plastic there were marks on the mattress. These marks were not visible due to the tape to hold the hole made by carrying the mattress

Dear sir or MadamI afraid to tell you that after a year sleeping on your mattress I have had to bit the bullet and buy another one,The reason for this decision is that the mattres is very uncomfortable and has always been very lumpy and no matter how much we have tried to get the lumps a little flatter in the middle of the bed we have been unsuccessfulFrank & Wendy

Even though this is a Which best buy it is very disappointing as the mattress is far softer than I was expecting for one that is rated as medium/firm. I have only used it for 10 days and already a depression is forming in the area where my body is resting, whether this will prove uncomfortable in the long run only time will tell.No problems experienced with the delivery service.

I've had this mattress a month now and it's turned out to be a great buy.The mattress was delivered within 24 hours, it was a kerbside delivery so anyone ordering should keep that in mind, although the tracking and communication from the seller was excellent.I'd had a firm mattress before, this is a medium firm and my sleep is a lot more comfortable now, as I sleep on my side. There are handles so it's easy to turn, and my back and neck are pain free. I've also found that I don't wake up from being too hot, so that's another plus. I'd definitely recommend the seller and the mattress.

Unwrapped product this morning and made love on it. I'm sure you'll agree one of the best tests you can give a new mattress... we cannot wait to make love on the mattress again.This mattress is incredibly comfortable, and would highly recommend.

Fitted this yesterday. Came double-wrapped in sturdy plastic, with foam protectors for the corners. As such no marks or damage to the wrapping or mattress.This is heavy so you'll need to be either (a) pretty strong or (b) two people to move it without getting a hernia.I slept well on it, as did my wife, but her back is no better this morning. I realise it is early days yet, but overall this seems to be a comfortable mattress.
