very very good product

I bought this in August and didnt get a chance to use for a few months. But wouldnt have mattered the card is broken, it doesnt work does not even get detected. Tried in 2 different computers in 4 different PCIe slots

I purchased a "NEW" card and the one that I received was obviously used, as it had writing on the card in permanent marker and a label from a label maker marking the ports on the card. That said, this is a great card!! Very fast and works as expected. I am using it for a trunked connection from my ESXi home server with multiple VLANs running over it. EDIT: Vendor contacted me right after I posted this review and gave me a refund for the difference in cost between the used cards they sent me and the new card I had paid for. Thank You!!

Received fairly quickly and works perfectly. Unit looks to be brand new and came with both brackets. Seller responded very quickly and politely with questions i had. Like many others here im using this in a homemade pfsense box. For my setup im using an old Lenovo Thinkcentere small form factor running an i3 with 8gb ram on a 128gb ssd with pfsense in a VM. Works flawlessly and holds up to my 350+ Mbps connection. I have time warner in California and test my speed regularly. This is also plugged in to a TP-Link 8 port gigabit managed switch serving my buffalo NAS and two other computers along with a Ubiquiti long rang AC access point. With sustained high-speed traffic (streaming and downloading movies on multiple devices while playing games for several hours) the heat sink does indeed get a bit warm but with adequate cooling that wont be an issue. Overall very satisfied with my setup.

I need to use WOL, this card can wake up my computer, but then the computer can never be shutdown, it'll just restart right away, only way to shutdown is to unplug power cable. requested to return but received no response from the seller.
