I bought this book for a business class but I learned later on....the electronic version was available at discount to the students. Nevertheless, I kept the book as reference and it does come in handy. Please note that the information is not necessary geared towards beginners, I bought a similar book which is much more geared to beginners years ago. This book is for graduate students so basically glosses through the basic concept of corporate finance. I still have the book on my shelf and often reference it for information pertaining to capital cost formulas.

The is a little older but the information was still relevant. The authors transitioned smoothly from one one topic into others and thoroughly explained why one practice was used over others. They also kept the wording basic for non-finance majors to be able to understand!!

One of the best finance books that I have ever had to work with. It wasn't just numbers presented but also applied real world applications alongside the numbers. Good examples, explanations, and supporting diagrams. I used this for a class within the MBA curriculum and found it very beneficial.

Thanks for letting me rent it -- it met the requirements for my secondary education course.

I don't think I used this too much so it was an expensive paperweight.It was informative when I did use it, but for the price I wish I could've purchased a lot of other things.

Use for my corporate finance course. Work well!

Book is not clear. Steps in solving equations are omitted creating confusion. Vague instructions make it difficult to follow. Writing style is different than the other finance textbooks. This book has inspired and taught me so much about corporate financing. It has assisted me to apply all of the different financing techniques to my class studies.
