A delicious, filling snack

Different, but good.
Nice semi sweet chocolate flavour bar with peanut butter filling, the bar itself is like an oath flapjack but maybe not as sweet as your usual bar. The peanut butter is smooth but again not too sweet and there's a nice strong chocolate flavour from the bar itself. It isn't too claggy either, it dosent invoke a thirst but it does work well with a coffee especially when your out and a out hiking and need an energy boost, or at break times at work. Nice slow energy release too I don't feel ....hyper .or sluggish ..like when I ear a normal chocolate bar, there's no I itial rush and then dip just a nice slow release of energy. Only down side is the price, £16 for 12 is steep, other flavours go for even more. Worth it though in my mind.

Para mi son las mejores barritas con mucha diferencia. Están tan buenas que me hacen sentir mal🤣 No son recomendables para esfuerzos máximos debido a su contenido en grasas y proteínas, pero van de lujo en momentos de intensidad moderada y para romper la monotonía de las bebidas y geles energéticos basados en CHs

Si sente molto il burro di arachidi che è il cuore cremoso della barretta, mentre l’esterno è croccante . Le ho ordinate dopo averle provate in un negozio di articoli per sportivi. Molto buone

Super Riegel
Einer meiner lieblings Riegel vor allem auch gut für meinen typ 1 diabetes. Durch die kombi aus fett, carbs und Protein benutze ich die Riegel als snack vor dem schlafen gehen um einer hypo in der nacht entgegenzuwirken. Das ist aber ein sehr individuelles Problem.
